What Many Nigerians Hope For In Marriage vs. What They Really Get.

According to Mr. Biodun Idowu, a psychiatrist at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, more women were falling into mental depression due to increased marital challenges.
Mr Idowu, who made the assertion while speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria in Osogbo, said;  “there are now more cases of women suffering from mental depression.
‘’Investigations point to the fact that many ladies are pressed to get married, while those married are struggling to keep their homes.
‘’There are cases of many of them suffering from insomnia due to long prayer sessions and night vigils”.

Now, in order to avoid sleepless nights, depression and using up an entire town’s ‘holy ghost fire’ allocation on your family alone, I have made some recommendations from the small pool of experience I have gathered.
