Key words: “We have enough”
Moses knew when to stop receiving There is a point when you are receiving gifts for a purpose that you realize you have had enough
The problem with Nigerian Pentecostal churches is that it never ends. Every week there is a new project
Then they quote Philippines 4:19
So let’s read from Philippines:4:10 to fully understand what Paul was talking about.
Form the readings we understand that Paul needed help. He was going through tough times and others shared with him
“At the moment I have all I need—and more! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet-smelling sacrifice that is acceptable and pleasing to God.”
Paul said at the moment “I have all I need and more.” But many greedy pastors keep asking for more and more!!
This is a plea to greedy pastors. Your plates are full. Stop plundering and start sharing. Your needs have been met. Stop wanting more than you need.
