Don’t let the kingdoms of the world and their splendor turn you into a pillar of salt.

When Jesus went into the wilderness to be

tempted,he faced the three biggest temptations know to man.

Matthew 4:1-11

Jesus was tempted.
Turn these stones into bread! The devil said to Jesus.

Men have started turning stones into bread! Money!

Pastors keep falling for this temptation.

🔴 Bring tithes they say

🔴 Being seeds they cry out

🔴 Bring first fruits they ask

And the reason for all this is the biggest lie… “so you can be blessed”

You have become the stones they are turning into bread

And you too, stop  turning your opportunities into bread when you have Jesus to save you

In the second temptation, the devil took Jesus to the highest point of the temple and asked him to throw himself down so the angels will save him.

Jesus once again responded with scripture

“It is also written, do not put the lord your God to the test”

Today, there are so many ways we tempt God! Praying and fasting while sick!

People who do not take medication when they are sick, not because they do not have the medication, but because they have chosen to tempt God!

They will fail!

Pastors and their congregation keep falling for this temptation! They keep testing God! And when they die they blame Satan!

No! It is not Satan’s fault.

When you sow seeds to get your healing, you are tempting God

2 Corinthians 4:1-4
God in his mercy has given us a new way, a new way that is not the law

Satan has blinded some people from seeing the glorious light of the good news.

Satan owns this world.

No where in Christianity are we promised wealth

Wealth was promised in the Old Testament

Our blessings on this earth is that we will not lack! But this does not mean we are promised private jets.

In the third temptation, the devil offered Jesus all the riches of the earth in its splendor.

It is a know fact that you cannot give what you don’t have

Jesus did not doubt the devil when he offered to give him the riches and kingdoms of the world.

The devil owns this world.

Jesus only rebuked the worship “Worship the Lord your God and serve him only”

The religious leaders, the teachers of religious law have looked back. They have become pillars of salt.

Don’t join them, don’t go back to the law, you cannot bribe God.

Remain Blessed
